Providence opened the 2018-19 season with a win at home against the Siena Saints on Tuesday. The Friars failed to cover against the Saints, however. Wichita State dropped their season opener against Louisiana Tech in a game the Shockers were favored by 9 points at home.
Kenpom has this game as Providence winning, 74-71, and he gives Wichita State a 40% chance of winning.
