Providence returns home from a thrilling overtime victory at Villanova on Sunday and the tough stretch continues for the Friars. After defeating the #4 ranked team in the nation last week in Philadelphia, the Friars welcome Xavier — a top 10 team in the nation this week — to the Dunkin’ Donuts Center for a late-night 8:30pm tip. The Friars are 12-7 ATS this season and the Musketeers are 12-7 ATS. Providence opened as a 1/2 point home underdog to Xavier.
