Makai Ashton-Langford and Dajour Dickens to Play in Inaugural Allen Iverson Roundball Classic

Providence will have two of their committed 2017 recruits compete in the inaugural Allen Iverson Roundball Classic in Hampton Roads, VA. Brewster Academy point guard Makai Ashton-Langford and Bethel HS center Dajour Dickens will take part in the game that will be played on Friday, April 21st at 7pm. The 3-day event features an awards dinner, dunk contest, 3-point shootout, workouts, public scrimmages and media day. The dunk contest and 3-point shootout will take place at Iverson’s alma mater, Bethel High School. That’s also the school Dickens will graduate from on June 15th. Ashton-Langford (Team Honor) and Dickens (Team Loyalty) will be on opposing teams for the event.
