Friars Win: St. John’s 76, Providence 90

• Jalen Lindsey was on fire in the first half. He scored 20 points in the first 20 minutes and grabbed 6 rebounds. He doubled his previous career high, finishing with 30 points on the afternoon. He also had 8 rebounds in his best game as a Friar.
• Ben Bentil recorded another double-double for the Friars with 23 points and 10 rebounds. He also added 5 assists.
• Kris Dunn didn’t need to score much today but he dished out 11 assists to go along with his 13 points for a double-double.
• The Friars will be the 4 seed in next week’s Big East Tournament on Thursday, March 10th at Madison Square Garden at 2:30pm ET. The game will be televised on FS1.
