Providence Recruits to Play in 2015 Mary Kline Classic
The 2015 Mark Kline Classic is the 5th annual event put on by Alex Kline. Kline has a site called The Recruit Scoop as part of the Rivals.com network and has been named to Forbes’ 30 under 30 list. To date the Mary Kline Classic has raised over $100,000, according to the website and traditionally features some of the best rising college freshman and rising juniors and seniors in high school. Some notable alumni of the game include Tyler Ennis, Karl-Anthony Towns, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Isaiah Whitehead. The rosters for the 5th annual game were announced Monday.
The Senior game rosters read like a former recruiting list for Providence with the likes of Jalen Adams, Terance Mann, Steve Enoch, Prince Ali, Matt Ryan, Donovan Mitchell and others. More interesting for Providence fans will be the Underclassmen game as there are a number of current Providence targets playing in that game that will tip at 6:15pm on May 30th.
Providence recruits playing in this game are:
- Bruce Brown (2016)
- Mamadou Diarra (2016)
- Temple Gibbs (2016)
- Sedee Keita (2016)
- Hamidou Diallo (2017)
- Trevon Duval (2017)
- Jordan Tucker (2017)
